rizzi

Born in Rovereto (Tn) 1951. He degrees at IUAV, Venice,1977. Since 1984 to 1993 he works in New York, at Peter Eisenman’s Office. Back to Venice, he becomes professor at IUAV. His methodology: designing, teaching, writing.

His critical awareness: the double epistemic structure of the name Architecture (arché-téchne). His critical vision: hardly accepted in our contemporary time.

Last project built: the Shakespeare Theatre in Gdansk (Poland), 2014. Last project done: La Solemnidad de la Civilidad, Queretaro (Mexico). Last book published: John Hejduk, BRONX, Manuale in versi, 2021.
